Kate Williams is the founder of Retreat Yourself, an Australian self-care brand helping women make wellbeing a meaningful part of everyday life. Kate launched Retreat Yourself in 2015 after leaving the corporate world and studying holistic nutrition and life coaching. Inspired by her own experience of life's constant rush, she created an accessible way for women to pause, reset and reconnect. That idea became the seasonal Retreat Yourself Box: a thoughtfully curated collection of full-sized wellness products, rituals, self-care activities and practical inspiration. What began with Kate packing boxes in a Torquay beach shack has grown into a community across Australia and New Zealand.
