With almost 30 years of wine-industry experience, Kelly Pearson founded Ladygarden Wines as a business dedicated to celebrating women in wine. As one of Geelong's few locally born and bred winemakers, Kelly started with wines from her home town and has since partnered with women winemakers from around Australia to produce wines under the Ladygarden label. Ladygarden represents a diverse group of women from a range of backgrounds, all telling their stories through a shared passion for wine. Creating a collaborative environment with Ladygarden's “Partners in Wine”, Ladygarden Wines aims to be an inclusive business that showcases women in wine and gives back to the wine community. Its goals include scholarships, internships and winemaking, business and sales support, building a strong network with positive economic outcomes for everyone involved.
