Before founding TSW, Hayley built a multiple seven-figure business in direct selling, leading a community of over 1,000 and a leadership team of 20. She walked away from it to build something aligned with the life and standard she wanted to create for women — encapsulated in TSW's philosophy: "It's not a brand. It's a standard."
